All projects and sponsorships which are supported by our Foundation are checked personally by us and visited on site. Together with excellent local employees we know in the respective countries, these projects are implemented efficiently and target oriented. We support projects in the developing countries Nepal, Laos and Cambodia.
Also, two child sponsorship in Cambodia and Laos are funded from the Foundation.
The Foundation Board always decides on the allocation of donations. Since we are currently the sole directors of our Foundation, we decide each end of the year which money amounts flows in the forthcoming projects. This amount is composed of donations and the interest return of the endowment.
Since the inception of our Foundation, we are very pleased with the amount of donations. Thanks to the help of many sponsors from our friends and relatives we were able to release a four-digit amount to the projects described every year.
Funded projects in the countries
Projects in Nepal, Laos and Cambodia are currently the focus of our foundation support. First, we study the project descriptions and then decide aware for a selection according to our statutes criteria. We are regularly informed by the performers on the project progress. Sometimes we have even visited the projects on site and informed us about the progress personally in detail.

Our child sponsorships
With our sponsorships, we have gained many years of very good experience. We want to continue to support Plan sponsorships with our foundation. Our godson Lei at Angkor Thom, Cambodia, and our youngest goddaughter Some in Laos are supported from this fund.

Plan International has been working as one of the oldest children's charities in 48 countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America, regardless of religion and politics. Girls are especially encouraged in order to receive the same opportunities as boys.
